BRANCH HOSPITALS AT BARISAL, NAOGAON, AND JAMALPUR

Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital is the oldest and largest multispecialty referral eye hospital in Bangladesh. It is a non-profit organization. The emphasis is on quality eye care for all socio-economic sections of society. We are currently looking for energetic, skilled and competent Junior Ophthalmologists, Senior Medical Officers and Medical Officers for appointment at its full-fledged branch hospitals at Barisal, Naogaon and Jamalpur.

Requirements:

Junior Ophthalmologists:

• FCPS/DO and MCPS with or without post-degree experience and/or surgical skill.

For Senior Medical Officers:

• Minimum DO/MCPS with or without post-degree experience in ophthalmology.  

For Medical Officers:

• Minimum MBBS
• At least one year’s experience in Ophthalmology and/or residency training in Ophthalmology in any reputed hospital.

Career opportunity:

• After completion of 2 years at the branch hospitals, candidates without DO/FCPS will be encouraged to sit for the DO admission test /FCPS Part-I examination and they will be granted study leave with salary for study for the DO/FCPS (part-II) Program. Candidates with DO/FCPS will be considered 15-month fellowship for training in sub-specialty.
