Job details Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Manage urgent medical illness and provide medical case management to workforce
• Support Emergency Response function of Health and Medical team including medical evacuations
• Project investigations, health data collection and new policy and program development
• Promote safe workforce through implementation of OE Fitness for Duty, MSEA program, and Food Safety Standard
• Develop and implement workforce Health education
• Provide First Aid and Advance Medical training to Health & Medical staff
• Support workforce health profile monitoring, identification of health risks and development of mitigation strategies
• Liaise with community health care provider resources, establish, and maintain network of medical referral resources
• Ensure up to date Clinical knowledge sharing and benchmarking with internal and external clinicians
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in an industry related field of Medicine required
• Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.
• Experience delivering training to other health care providers, workforce, and provide health education.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS required. ITLS preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with project management a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bangla
