The Rani Re-Rolling Mills Ltd.(RRM) was formed in 1996 as the first integrated steel plant at Shyampur, kadamtali Industrial Area, Dhaka. RRM is widely recognized as a foremost leader in the steel industry. RRM is expanding the industry and has purchased international standard manufacturing machineries from USA, Germany and India.  RRM has a biggest steel melt shop along with TMT plant in the capital of Bangladesh to ensure the 100% purified steel. RRM is going to introduce high quality international standard product TMT 500W Gold bar, and its objective to produce within 2014.  RRM has two sister concern 1) The Rani Concast Steel Mills Ltd.  2)  Wafeeqa Real Estate Limited.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Company and Directors Personal TAX file maintenance
• Deduction of TDS and VAT at source with VAT & Taxation regulation
• Reconciliation & maintenance of VAT current account
• Capable to face Tax Hearing & Vat Audit.
• Must be able to follow-up and maintain accounting software
• Handle Company’s all sorts of Tax & VAT issues independently
• Prepare Monthly VAT return & submit to VAT authority
• Prepare VAT related all Registers and documents
• Prepare yearly Tax return & submit to Tax authority
• Maintain close liaison with VAT & Custom Authority, NBR, Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal
• Prepare statement with all supporting documents for Tax & VAT purpose
• Any other VAT & Tax related task assigned by the management time to time
• To look after all kinds of companies financial & accounts 

Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:

• CA Course Complete with MBA/ Masters in Finance/ Accounts
• Applicants with CA-CC will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Manufacturing, Group of Companies, CA Firm, Tax Law firm & Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax),
   

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Must be a team player
• Must have adequate communication skill
• Strong IT Skill (Especially on MS Excel)
• Able to work under pressure
