Position: Admin & Corporate Affairs

Job Description / Responsibility:
  • This is a mid level general management position in a very fast growing Shoe Manufacturing Company.
  • Developing and implementing Organizational Development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Taking full responsibility of all operational office Administration including safety and security & Compliance.
  • Handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle official and production related documentation in a proper format.
  • Responsible for efficient operation of safety and security of the company.
  • Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
  • Resolve employees complaint, stress in proactive manner.
  • Responsible for managing complex team situations and build up good internal relationship among the employee.
  • Report to and communicate with Top Management on crisis management, capacity planning, etc. All communications are on email or thru conference call, so English skills are essential.
  • Any other duties as and when entrusted by top Management.
Job Nature:  Full-time
 Educational Requirements:  Minimum Graduate from a reputed institute.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 year(s)
  • Dynamic and a self motivated candidate
  • Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results
  • Good command over oral and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
  • Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
  • Fair and positive work attitude.
Salary Range:  12000 - 15000
