Job Description/Responsibilities: |
To provide support to Manager and Senior Gender Trainer towards gender equality initiatives in the organization To take initiatives to develop gender awareness and sensitivity among staff and programme participants To organise and conduct training programme To prepare yearly and bi-monthly training plan To prepare training report monthly, quarterly and annually |
Educational Requirements: |
Master of Social Science with minimum two 1st class/ CGPA 3.00 from any recognized university. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable. Educational result should be relaxed for those who have sufficient experience in the relevant field. |

Have to be gender sensitive with sound knowledge and experience on gender issues Ability to maintain good relationship with programme staff, counterparts as well as programme participants Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel regularly at field / remote areas Excellent written and oral communication with report writing skills both in English and Bengali |
Age Range: Maximum 30 years |
Salary Range: Tk.21,000/- |
