Position: Head of “Group Insurance Department”

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years practical working experience in “Group Insurance Department” of any reputed life insurance company as head or 2nd man of the department.

Education:

• MBA or MA/M Sc from any reputed Public/Private University, preferably from Dhaka University.Relaxable for highly deserving candidate(s).

Other Qualification:

• Must be conversant with the calculation techniques, rating, negotiation etc. in procurement of “Group Insurance” business from reputed Government/private organizations, Financial institutions, Educational Institutions etc. at his own accord.
• Should be well connected with potential personnel of the targeted organization. Highest authority and the top management of the company may extend necessary assistance in this context.
• Should be impressive, painstaking, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Excellent in speaking, reading and writing both in English and Bangla.

Age Limit: 30-40 years. Relaxable for highly experienced candidate(s).
Salary & Allowances:  Attractive salary and allowances may be given to exceptionally deserving candidate.
